世界の皆さん、こんにちは。
私は東京都知事選挙立候補者のうつみさとると申します。
私はこれまで、医師、哲学者、作家として活動してきましたが、日本の状況、東京の状況、そして世界の状況と、地球環境の悪化を危惧し、右派系政治家も左派系政治家も、到底信用には値しないと考え、本来必要もないはずの政治立候補者として出馬を決意いたしました。
今世界は、一部のエスタブリッシュメント、王族と旧貴族、他国籍企業、金しか興味のない投資家、その手先となる政治家たちのために行われており、我々庶民は、全て奴隷的に扱われ、しかも巧妙にカモフラージュされた中で生きています。
全体主義、情報管理、移民政策、増税、中小企業冷遇、食料支配、水支配、自然環境破壊、名ばかりのSDGs、全ては1人1人の人間や生物たちのためではありません。
日本はかつて、自然豊かな国として武士道と修行精神、弱者を大事にする思想、お天道様が見ているという考え方、物づくり大国として繁栄してきました。しかし、今やその面影はなく、他国に経済支配され、日本人の多くは媚を売り、金と地位と嘘しか興味のない国となり下がってしまいました。和の心と武士道精神はもはや滅亡寸前なのです。いやその滅亡は、もはや日本人の精神だけではありません。
全ての世界の人々に問いたい。
それぞれの国には、人として地球に生きる1個の生物として、父母や先祖から受け継いだ誇りを持って、嘘をつかずに生きていくという思想があったはずです。
我々はどうしてそれを失ってしまったのか。利権的な宗教の影響、経済至上主義、軍事思想、優生思想、確かに上げればいくつもの理由があるでしょう。
世界のコロナ騒動から4年経ち、今や世界ではコロナ、マスクそしてワクチンは巨大な詐欺であったと報じられるようになりました。世界の感染症行政トップだったアンソニー・ファウチは、大量殺人者だとアメリカ議会で糾弾されました。
しかし日本では、そんな報道は微塵もされず、テレビや新聞は全てを隠蔽し、ワクチン被害者たちは置き去りとなっています。
しかし、本当にそれは製薬会社や悪徳医師たちだけが生み出したものなのでしょうか。確かにそれらもWHOも、悪魔の手先のような存在であることには間違いありません。しかし1番の悪魔は、我々1人1人の心の中に存在するのではないでしょうか。
それは人間の中にある不義、傲慢、偽り、被害者意識、依存心、そして現実や人類の罪に向き合わない精神性にこそあるのではないかと、私は思うのです。地球を1つの生物 だと見立てれば、我々はすでに死ぬ寸前の病です。
しかし私は、人が生き方の根底を見直すことで、まるで奇跡のように人が立ち直る姿を見てきました。それは多くはないかもしれませんが、長い歴史で見れば少なくはないのです。
今我々日本人は、それを日本という国、そして東京という都市において行おうと努力しています。私はまだ日本人の中に、和の心や武士道精神、家族を愛し、嘘を排し、自然を愛する力が残っていると信じています。
それが幻想だとしても10年後や20年後には、その種が芽吹き、日本が最も古い時代から持っていた偉大な思想が復活すると信じています。
私も古くは世捨て人のような思想で、人類には何の価値もなく、ただ破壊と嘘しかもたらさない生物だと思っていました。
しかしそんな私にさえ、妻と子どもができて、子どもが言ってくれた何気ない一言は、私を人間に戻してくれました。
とすれば、私はその恩に報いるために、地球上のいかなる権力者であっても、戦い抜かねばならないと思ったのです。それは武士道の精神と同じです。
世界の人々に訴えたい。
人類は戦争や不義など誰も望んでいません。みな何かを失うのが怖くてそうせざるを得ないのです。そこには理想的な方法はないかもしれない。しかしその思いを共有することはできるはずだと、私は信じています。
東京は7月にその重要な転換点を迎えます。その芽を世界中で芽吹かせましょう。
どれだけ妄想だと言われても私は構いません。自分の心の奥底にそれを問いかけた時、私がそれを求めていることが分かるからです。
その思いを人類が共有してさえいれば、たとえ人類がどれだけ愚かだとしても、きっと束の間の平和を享受できます。
私のこの勝手な妄想が、世界中の1人でも多くの人に届くことを願いたい。

Hello everyone in the world.
My name is Satoru Utsumi, and I am a candidate in the Tokyo gubernatorial election.
I have been a doctor, philosopher, and writer, but I am concerned about the situation in Japan, Tokyo, and the world, as well as the deterioration of the global environment, and I believe that politicians of both the right and left are not worth trusting.
The world is now being run for the benefit of the Establishment, royalty and the old aristocracy, transnational corporations, investors who are only interested in money, and the politicians who are their pawns, while we, the common people, are all enslaved and living in a cleverly camouflaged situation. Totalitarianism, information control, immigration policies, higher taxes, cold treatment of small businesses, food domination, water domination, destruction of the natural environment, SDGs in name only, all are not for each and every human being or creature.
In the past, Japan was a country rich in nature, with a spirit of bushido and asceticism, a philosophy of respect for the weak, the idea that the providence is watching, and prosperity as a manufacturing powerhouse. However, there is no longer any trace of this, and Japan has become a country that is economically dominated by other countries, where most Japanese people sell flattery and are only interested in money, status, and lies. The spirit of harmony and bushido is on the verge of extinction. No longer is it only the spirit of the Japanese people that is on the verge of extinction.
I would like to ask the question to all people of the world. Each country must have had the idea of living without lying, as a human being, as a creature living on the earth, with the pride inherited from our parents and ancestors. How did we lose it? There are many reasons, such as the influence of religious interests, economic supremacy, military ideology, eugenics, and so on.
Four years after the global corona scare, the world is now reporting that coronas, masks, and vaccines were a gigantic fraud. Anthony Fauci, the world’s top infectious disease official, was denounced by the U.S. Congress as a mass murderer. In Japan, however, there is not a whisper of such coverage, and TV and newspapers cover it all up, leaving the vaccine victims behind.
But is it really only the result of pharmaceutical companies and unscrupulous doctors? Certainly, they and WHO are the devil’s minions. But the devil is in the heart of each of us. I believe that it is the iniquity, arrogance, deceit, victimhood, dependency, and the mentality of not facing reality and the sins of mankind that is in us all. If we consider the earth as a living organism, we are already on the verge of death. But I have seen people recover, as if by some miracle, by rethinking the very foundations of their way of life. It may not be many, but in the long history of the world, it is not a few.
Now we Japanese are striving to do so in the country of Japan and the city of Tokyo. I believe that there still remains within the Japanese people the spirit of harmony, the spirit of bushido, the love of family, the rejection of lies, and the love of nature. Even if it is an illusion, I believe that in 10 or 20 years, the seeds will sprout and the great ideas that Japan has had since its earliest days will be revived.
In the old days, I too was a hermit-like thinker, thinking that mankind was a creature that had no value and brought nothing but destruction and lies to the world. But even I had a wife and children, and a casual word my child said to me made me a human being again. I felt that in order to repay that debt, I had to fight my way out of any position of power on earth. It is the same as the spirit of Bushido.
I want to appeal to the people of the world. Humanity does not want war or injustice. Everyone is afraid to do something, so they have to do it. There may not be an ideal way. But I believe that we should be able to share that feeling.
Tokyo will reach that critical turning point in July. Let’s make those seeds sprout all over the world. I don’t care how delusional people say I am. Because when I ask that question deep within myself, I know I am asking for it. As long as humanity shares that desire, we can surely enjoy a brief moment of peace, no matter how foolish we may be.
I hope that this self-serving delusion of mine will reach as many people in the world as possible.
